Louis Jadot was founded in 1859. Run by the Cagey family with the financial backing of the Kopf family from America, it has now become one of the most important Burgundian négociants.
The company produces a huge range of wines, from the lowly generic AC wines right up to world class Grand Cru wines.
Fermented in oak barrels and aged for 14 months. Wine can be kept from at least 10 years to more than 30 years if kept in the correct conditions.
